cancellation and refund POLICY

1. General Policy
At TransEduverse, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences. Due to the nature of our services and scheduling constraints, we do not encourage fee refunds once a class or course has commenced. This policy helps us ensure fairness to our educators and maintain the integrity of our programs.

 

2. Cancellation Policy Prior to Class Start
We understand that plans may change. Therefore, cancellations made before the course starts are subject to the following refund terms:

  • Cancellation 14 Days or More Before Course Start:
    A cancellation fee of ₹100 will apply, and the remainder of the fee will be refunded.
  • Cancellation Between 7 and 13 Days Before Course Start:
    A refund of 80% of the total course fee will be provided.
  • Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Course Start:
    A refund of 75% of the total course fee will be provided.

 

3. Refunds Once Classes Begin

  • Once the course or class has started, no refund will be issued regardless of attendance or participation.
  • This applies to all students who drop out, disengage, or discontinue the course for any reason.

 

4. Installment Payments

  • For courses where the fee is paid in installments, the due dates of payments must be strictly followed as per the payment schedule agreed at enrollment.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed or late installment payments.
  • If a student drops out after one or more installments have been paid, no refund will be provided for any paid installments.

 

5. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support email within the applicable cancellation windows outlined above.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval.
  • All refunds will be made through the original payment method unless otherwise mutually agreed.

 

6. Special Circumstances
If TransEduverse cancels or postpones a course due to unforeseen circumstances (such as insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force majeure events), enrolled students will receive a 100% refund or the option to transfer to another batch without additional charges.

 

7. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend classes without prior cancellation will be treated as dropout with no refund entitlement.
